By creating a bus4d account, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all players regardless of device or access method. Adults only — 21+ to play.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. bus4d operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling procedures.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and marketed to players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are acting under a guardianship order may not register.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using variations of personal details — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts.
2.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform under Clause 9 may not re-register until any applicable exclusion period has elapsed and a formal reinstatement request has been reviewed and approved by the bus4d compliance team.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Information must match your government-issued Indonesian identification document (KTP or equivalent).
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bus4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
3.3 Notification of Changes. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in verification delays, frozen withdrawals, or Account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bus4d support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.
3.5 Account Suspension by bus4d. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
4.1 Accepted Methods. bus4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in IDR via the following methods: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI; and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Visa and Mastercard debit cards may be accepted subject to availability.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. During peak periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take longer. bus4d is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page within your Account and may be updated from time to time. The current published limits apply at the time of each transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification (Clause 8) before processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification status.
4.5 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must originate from funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is a Prohibited Activity.
4.6 Currency. The Platform operates exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
bus4d does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
5.1 Bonus Offer Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms in this Clause and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific offer terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are stated in each offer's terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless an offer explicitly permits stacking. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may void the existing bonus balance at the Platform's discretion.
5.4 Abuse Prevention. bus4d monitors bonus usage to detect and prevent abuse. Strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns, matched betting using Platform funds, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — constitute a Prohibited Activity. bus4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close the Acc ount where abuse is confirmed.
5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances are removed from the Wallet without compensation.
5.6 Seasonal Promotions. bus4d may run time-limited promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 match weeks, the UEFA Champions League knockout rounds, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and other occasions. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available only during the stated promotional window.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the bus4d Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live; crash game mechanics powered by certified RNG systems; and capsa susun (the Indonesian card-stacking game) card rooms — operate on independently audited and certified random number generation or live-deal systems. Outcomes are not adjusted by bus4d.
6.2 Sportsbook Odds. Odds published on the sportsbook reflect real-time market pricing and are subject to change up to the moment a Wager is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that Wager. bus4d reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, bus4d's servers record the state of play at the point of disconnection. Game rounds that were in progress will be completed and settled according to that recorded state. bus4d is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.
6.4 Unsettled Bets. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise not completed under conditions that prevent normal settlement, bus4d will apply the settlement rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Generally, bets on events that do not reach their natural conclusion within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and the stake returned.
6.5 Maximum Payout. A maximum single-event payout limit applies across all products on the Platform. The current limit is published in the sportsbook and casino rules sections. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout will be capped at that amount regardless of the theoretical return of the Wager.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bus4d Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and may result in permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
If you become aware of a bug, pricing error, or other technical fault that could be exploited for gain, you are required to report it to the bus4d support team immediately. Failure to report and exploit of a known fault is a Prohibited Activity regardless of intent.
8.1 Verification Requirement. bus4d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at the Platform's discretion — for example, when unusual account activity is detected or when a deposit threshold is reached.
8.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP); (b) a selfie or photo of you holding the KTP next to your face; and (c) proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or BNI mobile banking app showing your account name and number, or confirmation from your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account).
8.3 Processing Time. bus4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may take longer. You will be notified via the email address registered to your Account of the outcome.
8.4 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawals will be held until KYC is completed to the satisfaction of the bus4d compliance team. Funds remain in your Wallet during this period and continue to be available for wagering, subject to any Account restrictions applied during the review.
8.5 Consequences of Failed Verification. If KYC cannot be completed — because documents are invalid, information does not match Account details, or the Player does not respond to document requests within 30 days — bus4d reserves the right to suspend the Account and, after reasonable notice, to return the deposited balance (net of any Wager losses) to the originating payment method and close the Account.
9.1 Commitment. bus4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The responsible gaming tools described in this Clause are available to all Account holders at no charge and without requiring a support ticket for standard activations.
9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit limits via the Account settings panel. Limits activate immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period before the increase takes effect. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately.
9.3 Session Time Limits. Players may set a session duration reminder that triggers an in-browser notification after a defined period of continuous play. This tool does not automatically terminate the session; it provides a prompt for the Player to assess their continued play.
9.4 Cooling-Off Periods. Players may apply a temporary account lock of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be logged into. The lock cannot be shortened; it runs its full stated duration. Wallet balance is preserved during the lock period.
9.5 Permanent Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently close their Account due to problem gambling concerns may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting the bus4d support team. Upon confirmation, the Account is closed irreversibly. Any remaining verified balance is returned to the Player's registered bank account or e-wallet. The associated email address cannot be used to register a new Account.
9.6 Age Verification. bus4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. You must be 21 or older to hold an Account. Play responsibly and within your means.

10.1 Platform Availability. bus4d makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bus4d is not liable for losses or missed wagering opportunities resulting from Platform downtime.
10.2 Accuracy of Information. bus4d takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, game rules, promotional terms, and other information published on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from error. In the event of a material error, bus4d reserves the right to correct it and, where bets have been placed at erroneous odds, to void those bets and return the stake.
10.3 Third-Party Services. Certain games, payment processing, and other features on the Platform are provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and Indonesian banking and e-wallet partners). bus4d is not liable for failures, errors, or interruptions originating from third-party systems, except to the extent that applicable law prevents such exclusion.
10.4 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bus4d's total liability to any individual Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Consequential Loss. bus4d is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
11.1 Data Collection. bus4d collects personal data from Players in the course of Account registration, KYC verification, gameplay, financial transactions, and support interactions. The categories of data collected, the purposes for which they are used, the legal bases for processing, and Players' rights in respect of their data are described in full in the bus4d Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Sharing. bus4d does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services) strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.
11.3 Consent. By registering an Account, you acknowledge having read and accepted the bus4d Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and bus4d alongside these Terms & Conditions.
12.1 International Operation. bus4d is an internationally operated platform. The Platform and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is incorporated, which may differ from the laws of Indonesia.
12.2 Player Responsibility. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. bus4d does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for compliance with the laws applicable to you in your location.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and bus4d, we encourage you to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body in the governing jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings in connection with your use of the Platform.
13.1 Right to Amend. bus4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, bus4d will endeavour to provide advance notice via the registered Account email address or via an in-platform notification.
13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.
